Dear Mess Members,

Please see below the SOs' Mess lunch menu from 26 May 2025 to 6 Jun 2025. The dress code of SO Mess is at least Smart Casual. -

Mr. Frankie LEUNG, our Mess Manager, will accept booking by filling out an E-Booking Form, via PEN (so-mess-manager@police.gov.hk) or telephone (2860 2348).

2. In order to allow our chef to better manage/prepare for the meals and also to reduce wastage, you are requested to place your booking before 1200 hours one working day in advance [i.e. for the lunch booking on Monday, please book by noon of the preceding Friday]. Likewise, in order to reduce wastage and minimise loss to the Mess, for cancellation of booking please call or email to Frankie the latest by 1500 hours one working day in advance. Otherwise your account will be billed but you may take away the lunch booked as our Mess provides such a service [confirmation email is required if three or more sets of lunch are to be cancelled].

NB. As advised by HKI Region Security Officer, please either arrange to receive your friends or guests at the Caine House Compound Guard Post and escort them to the Mess if they do not have the right of access, or if they know the way to the Mess / have been to the Mess before, then you may leave their names with the Caine House compound guard post or security post inside the main building in order that entry without escort will be allowed.
