Senior Officers' Mess Summer Mess Nights
The Senior Officers' Mess (SOM) Summer Mess Night will be held on Thursday, 17 September 2026 at the SOM, Caine House. On this occasion we will be dining out Mr KAN Kai-yan, Andrew, GBS, PDSM, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (National Security). Dress will be summer mess kit. Members are kindly reminded of the provisions of FPM 15-21 concerning the mess uniform and a mess jacket is preferred for female officers.
For the dinner, we will have Chinese cuisine and with vegetarian option. Cost for the event will be HK$740 per head, including beverages.
I should be grateful if officers wishing to attend could apply through respective Major Formation Coordinators who will pass the consolidated booking forms to Ms Margaret MA by PEN (ps-to-so-to-cp) by 31 August 2026.
